Structure
Steel reinforced concrete foundation (Grade 30 N/sqmm) in accordance with the latest anti-earthquake codes of practice surmounted by a solid stone wall and structural insulated panel construction.

Important Notes
The developer is entitled to make any alterations to the internal or external areas if considered beneficial to the project or if requested by the planning authority. Internal alterations will be carried out if requested and if they do not affect the design concept.
